Research on why iTunes is launched sometimes when I wake up macbook
The reason is my bluetooth headset :) It sometimes mistakenly connects to laptop (which does not turn off BT for some reason) instead of phone, and OS launches iTunes to feed headset with some music. Solution probably is to turn off "wake up computer" option in settings -> BT -> advanced.

Apple broken Bluetooth drivers for mid'11 macbook air bootcamp 5.0. After installing 5.0 driver pack, open "apple broadcom bluetooth radio" in Device manager and if you have 5.0.1.0 version Update the driver with manual select ("let me pick...") to 4.0.0.1 version (27/4/2011). Without this rollback I couldn't anymore transfer files via Send file bluetooth dialog.

Making own bluetooth driver
I just got ASUS V6J in temporal replacement of notebook, and soon had the problem of having very bad drivers in Toshiba Bluetooth stack (they ate ~30% CPU even when BT was OFF! - it's the battery killer). The default MS drivers (winxp) did not recognize Toshiba BT device (some internal one for ASUS V6J, I don't know its exactly name). So I've found the way of installing MS drivers! Here's link to installator (INF) of Microsoft Bluetooth Stack drivers (default MS) for ASUS V6J notebook. Use it instead of Toshiba (ASUS default BT drivers), so if you have it installed, uninstall before using this.
Enjoy (save and right-mouse-click->Install)! :-)
